Conditions of Hiring:
low season (from 19 June to 03 July) 2100 euros
high season ( from 03 July, 04 September ) 2400 euros
Booking : money transfer through western union corresponding to 30%
of the total amount
The rest of the amount due should be paid one month before arrival
Caution : 1000 euros on arrival (the money will be returned at the latest 60 days after departure once damage to villa, if any, have been deducted)
The price is inclusive of contract fees
On reception of 30% a contract of seasonal renting will be sent. On return of the document, please join a copy of your insurance policy (to that effect read VII assurance in general information)
May I mention the fact that this is a peaceful area and that everything ought to be done to avoid disturbing neighbours
Arrival on Saturdays from 4 pm. The place should be freed on Saturdays before 10 am after going over the house contents with the owners
